Eventgasm ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Eventgasm mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using Eventgasm, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Eventgasm aggregates publicly available event information from third-party platforms to build our event database. This is public event listing data (event name, date, venue, description, image) — not personal data about you. Sources include:

You can manage notification preferences in your device's Settings → Notifications → Eventgasm, or within the app. We use Apple Push Notification service (APNs) to deliver notifications on iOS. Your push token is stored on our servers solely to deliver notifications to your device.
If you sign up for our newsletter using the signup form on eventgasm.com, we collect and store the following data specifically for the purpose of sending you the newsletter:

We do not collect or store your name, phone number, or any content-preference data as part of newsletter signup.
How to unsubscribe: every newsletter contains a one-click unsubscribe link. Clicking it stops future sends immediately. You may also email us at privacy@eventgasm.app and we will unsubscribe you manually.
How to erase your newsletter data: unsubscribing keeps your email in a suppression list so we don't accidentally re-send to you. If you want your row deleted entirely, use the erasure link in any newsletter footer or email us at privacy@eventgasm.app.
Data sharing: newsletter data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Our email delivery provider (currently Resend) receives your email address for the sole purpose of delivering the newsletter you subscribed to.
Independence from Eventgasm accounts: newsletter subscription is separate from any Eventgasm app account. You may subscribe without creating an account, and deleting your app account does not automatically unsubscribe you — use the unsubscribe link.

Eventgasm is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@eventgasm.app and we will delete it promptly.
Users between the ages of 13 and 18 should use the Service only with parental consent.
